Joining us for this conversation is Emily Ambrose, Maria Blevins, and Alexa Speilhagen. They are 3 (of many) consultants and collaborative members who help make up the Team at A-Dash Collaborative. A-DASH is an acronym which stands for Anti-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. A-Dash supports leaders, individuals and managers interested in changing the culture and conversation around sexual harassment in the outdoors where employees and customers live, work and play.
My guests today are 3 women who help make up the Team over at A-Dash Collaborative. A resource collaborative of river professionals and consultants cultivating equity, inclusion, support and trust both on and off the river.
With a mission to inspire and support organizations to create discrimination and harassment-free environments through policy assessment, trainings and organizational change A-Dash provides consultation and training for outfitters and agencies as well as support for individuals.
The ladies talk about their stories, their relationships to the river and the beautiful confluence story of how they came together to create this new venture. We hope you enjoy.
